Imaging with Light You Can't See Shortwave Infrared imaging enables users to see what can't be seen by the human eye. In this case leaves and clothing are highly reflective (white) while the water is very absorbing (black). |

MVCam This ITAR-free lattice matched InGaAscamera for machine vision and industrial applications provides high resolution 1280x1024 shortwave infrared (SWIR) imagery at high frame rates of95 frames per second (fps) at 14 bitsat full resolution, with higher frame rates for selectable, reduced regions of interest (ROI) possible. The small 12 μm pixel pitch of the array combined with the high quantum efficiency of lattice matched InGaAs enables impressive imaging in the SWIR and visible wavelength bands. The standard configuration of the camera stabalizes the image sensor at 20°C using a single stage thermoelectric cooler integrated in a sealed package. The MVCam has a read noise less than 45 e-, does not have image lag, and is ideal for high speed machine vision and microscopy applications. Vision Systems Design 2020 Innovators Program - Bronze Level Honoree |

LineCam12 The LineCam12 is a digital linescan camera for imaging in the SWIR and visible bands (0.4-1.7μm). It has two digital output formats USB3 Vision and Camera link. The device can even be powered by USB3 in most applications. The LineCam12 utilize a 1024x1 state of the art InGaAs linear array imager on 12.5μm pitch that was built for both machine vision and spectroscopy. LineCAM12-12.5-1.7-T (Spectroscopy applications) LineCAM12-12.5-1.7-M (Machine Vision applications) The LineCam12 also is available in an OEM version stripped of its housing. This camera can be customized to fit in various user systems. We can also add custom filters to the array. Vision System Design 2017 Innovators Program- Gold Level Winner |

1280SciCam This non-ITAR reduced weight (3000g) lattice matched, InGaAs camera allows for high resolution SWIR imaging 1280x1024 at high frame rates up to 95 frames per second (fps) at full frame size or long integration times of more than 2 minutes. This fine pitch array,12μm pixels, combined with the high quantum efficiency of the lattice matched InGaAs enables impressive performance with no image lag in the SWIR and visible spectral bands from 0.4μm to 1.7μm. The camera has the capability of three temperature setpoints, -20°C, -40°C (fan cooling) or -60°C (water cooled), using a 3 stage TEC integrated in a vacuum package. This advance digital array (PIRT1280A1-12) on board is a product of Princeton Infrared's decades of experience in InGaAs processing. The photoresponse uniformity and low dark current over the 1.3 MegaPixel FPA is truly unique. SciCam provides a 14 bit digital output with low read noise of <45e-; lower than any other cooled SWIR scientific imager on the market. Medium based Camera Link outputs the fast full frame rate and is compatible with several preferred production frame grabbers. Princeton Infrared Technologies, Inc. offers this powerful camera system with software that allows for camera control and image capture. PIRT's 2nd Generation 1280SciCam is an excellent choice for high speed machine vision and life science applications, as well as astronomical and low signal photon emission systems. Standard lens adapters are available for easy microscope and telescope integration. Vision System Design 2016 Innovators Program- Gold Level Winner Only NON-ITAR 1.3Mpixel SWIR Camera Available |
